misery....

yup, the past four days i have been in complete misery. a throat infection is not something anyone wants to have. i can promise that. you can't swollow you can't eat cause you can't swollow, you can't talk cause your throat's swollen. yeah, it stunk. but i feel much much better now. still super weak. and of course i would get that two weeks before the 5k. i've pretty much decided i'm going to have to walk this. oh well. should have known better.
